Task: Clearing rubble and debris from the road.
Rewards issued: Rations for each; double rations for Andrew White 80292 and Dan Shorthall 28091.

Task: Using the "gift" from City 18 of a pressurized aerosol applicator to weld and cut metals to form Combine barriers. The applicator was faulty and exploded, causing injury to everybody involved, including the managers. Task was never finished as the faulty machine put an unexpected end to the work cycle.

Rewards issued: Medical care was given to the citizens and units involved. No ration rewards were given as the work cycle ended prematurely.

Notes: City 18's CWU affiliate Colton Lee died as he was next to the machinery when it malfunctioned. I send the City 17's CWU's regards for the loss of his life to any of his relatives still in City 18. A strongly worded letter has been sent to City 18's CWU regarding the distribution of broken and dangerous equipment to any other sectors.

The CWU pays respects to all those who were victim to this unfortunate accident. We will ensure it never happens again.

// HIS Format? My format lad. Check the OP I take pride in my format.
E: He added the name/cid part but as the OP format asks for name and we all know you ask for a name and CID I figure I felt it was implied you would include that.
