    OPERATION: VIGILANT
    Date: May, 23rd, 2014


    From: Sgt. A. Boswell, Foxtrot-1
    To: Cpt. Maldonado, Foxtrot

    Type of Engagement: Siege
    Duration: Six hours.
    Friendly units; Foxtrot, Golf, Lima-2.
    Friendly casualties: Ninety-Seven Foxtrot, One-Hundred Golf.
    One M113, Two UH-60.

    Enemy units: (Approx.) One-Hundred irregulars, Three-hundred unverified.
    Enemy casualties: One Hundred percent of hostile force eliminated.

    Civilian losses: Ninety-five percent loss of civilians registered to housing block.



    Hostage situation on the outskirts of City 24 (Bronx).

    0400: Local insurgency promoting open rebellion, Headquartered in an apartment complex. The situation is deemed unacceptable.

    0500: Foxtrot and Golf Company of HAD-24 deployed to Code Red disturbance in BRONX housing block.


    0530: Insurgents are dug in with heavy and improvised weapons and refuse to release citizens inside, HAD initial assault repelled with loss of M113.

    0640: Foxtrot-1 secures the wreck and extracts survivors under heavy fire. Withdraw to Field HQ.


    0700: Foxtrot-1 and Golf-5 board pair of UH-60 for a two-pronged assault on the target. Foxtrot-1 deploys without incident while Golf-5 are shot down by insurgent fire. Main entrances are sealed by insurgents trapping HAD forces inside.


    0730: Cpt. Michaels Golf-1 calls for fire support on target building, Foxtrot-1 and Golf-5 exfiltrate through the building with wounded. Encounter large pockets of non-combatants on the upper floors.


    0900: Golfs 5, 6, 15 ,11 ,12 ,9, and Foxtrots 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 11, 13 are still engaged in structure, engineers attempt to establish an exit. Golf-5 is confirmed KIA; Foxtrots 1, 2, and 5 begin exfiltration on the sixth floor under heavy fire by insurgents.


    0930: Foxtrox-1 en route to field HQ.


    0937: Lima-2 drops two pairs of Mark-84s on the structure.


    1000: BDA: Target building completely destroyed all hostiles eliminated, Damage to neighboring structures and population unclear.

    Yeah pretty simple just split players into teams. Cops attack and rebels defend. Each try to complete a unique secondary objective.
    Do S2rp and When one dies they can transfer over to join others in s2k on the ground floor.

    Goals?:
    Cops try to rescue a person of importance believed to be inside.

    Rebels could have to recover equipment from the roof putting them in direct conflict with the incoming squad.

    Unsure of the map used but either a map that is 8+ story apartment or a RP map with the suitable building.

    Opposing teams is very difficult, unless we want Admins spawning and teleporting people all over the place.

    Spawn HAD on roof once. Done. Gear awaits them.

    Set spawn to be outside the apartment. Rebel start on the ground floor. Gear aplenty inside.

    Rebels and HAD, after killing eachother, respawn in the same place and start having gay ass spawnkills.

    Bobby Admin teleports them back, only to both teleport the wrong people and intermingle the teams.

    Set spawns then. We know set spawns exsistsbecause every CCR server has had set spawns for different groups. (CP, COTA, GREENIES, TPD, CRONIES, DUTY, LONERS, UKM, FREEDOM, CP AGAIN.) Otherwise just make it clear that people should return to their "area" in s2k before restarting.

    Besides the S2RP would remain fine.
    Limits howmany people need a TP right off the bat, They use the free time while others set up to passive in the "Intact" transport before the second chopper is shot down starting the first round of S2RP.

    Edit: If people want to only S2K, well then put them in token S2RP positions, this adds to the enviroment and the feel of the setting. Aslong as they perform acceptable RP there should be no problem because when they die (quickly) they get to go frolick in script shooting. Positions such as the dude who shoots the RPG, HAD who falls out of a chopper, rebel whose gun jams, citizen who stumble into a tripwire.
